Rough Shoot at Llanwrst Near Nebo North Wales
Rough Shoot : Mixed shoot with mixture of wood and field moor
land and wetland.
 This
is undulating land rising to 1000 feet is a feature of this very rural
farm of 335 acres located not far from the Betws-y-Coed, and easily
accessible from the A5. It includes around 150 acres of wetland and
moor with the possibility of woodcock and snipe some grouse, there are
wild pheasant but this can be improved during the years plenty of hare
and rabbit wood pigeon, 2 small streams run through the property and
hold brown trout. There are 4 woodland areas and the farmer has agreed
to help with release pens work by arrangement
No shooting allowed in April due to Lambing, ensure you close gates
behind you.

How to Get There
The A5 from Corwen to Betws-y-Coed, come of at the town of
Pentrefoelas and turn right towards Nebo on the B5113 you travel about
3 miles over the moor land and two cattle grids after the Second grid
look for a sharp bend and 2nd on left, down road 200yds, This will
take you to a gate with a Metal bull in black as the logo called ‘Moel
yr wrch’ close both gates after you and park in farm yard let Mr Alan
Vaughan know you have arrived if he is not there leave a note on your
car or ID Card on dash board, prior to shooting you should request a
map of the area which we will send you on request.
