Rough shooting - Cwm Pennant, Near Porthmadog: SHOOT 1
 A
nice rough shoot 1000 plus acres has all Bird game species and
plenty of vermin some woodland mainly pines. rivers with
mallard, plenty of pigeon as well.
Much similar to the other land but if you go past the lake
on your right hand side you will come to a defined track on
the right 200 yds further on past some sheep metal pens. The
entrance is easy to see if you drive along the track you can
park past the medium sized barn on the right with the metal
roof, if you look immediately down towards the estuary you can
see a small river wetland and mixed rock and lots of trees
like a small valley, excellent mallard and woodcock located
here.
The two mountains at the side of the lake are shoot-able if
you have a 4x4 there is a track on the left you can drive up
this and hunt grouse on the top. Where the lake is on the far
side there are snipe grouse and good hare on the wetland area
and excellent mallard again.

A487 to Golan, at junction go right pass woollen mill river
on left at telephone box past it and first left pass Cefn Coch
farm, take next right follow road around to the lake Llyn Du
park here abouts, or park on top of mountain track not
displayed on map but just up and left cant miss it, or carry
on take next right follow path to Erwsuran not to house just
to first barn and park on field in front of the small drop
down towards the other lake your boundary is that lake a map
is supplied showing all boundaries please adhere to, now we
may be getting 25 acres of wood here but wait and see?

Go on your own steam but book with us first as we have
limited guns and ensure you inform farmer park in yard and
leave note if farmer will not be present at the lake or the
Barn Alun Lloyd Williams.
